I would like to become an Artist of wine making, by creating a wine of my own, rich of new complexity due to the ERECTUS procedure, without using selected yeasts , enzymes and synthetic molecules.
In this way , my wine will be in good health , constantly microbiologically controlled, surely different because, until now no one , not even Mr. Parker,has tasted the ERECTUS clusters wine.
Many will love it, a few will not, just as is the case with a nice painting:

Fermentation: Alcoholic and Malolactic with real manual selection of each best berry.
Vinification: in valuable amphoras made of a special pharmaceutic glass, expressly produced for the Erectus Wine.
Maturation and Sharpening: in small amphoras , buried for one or two years, made of a special pharmaceutic glass, expressly produced for the Erectus Wine.
Absence of chemicals during the transformation of the precious moist .
Wine’s Name: VINO ERECTUS.
Bottles quantity CREATED ( Not produced ) : about 150 – 200 bottles per year , progressively numbered, depending on the weather conditions during the growth.
Destination of the profits: At the beginning, the profits of the sales of some bottles will go to children in need. |
